L-Glutamine is the most common amino acid in the body. The highest concentration is located in the skeletal muscles, where L-glutamine takes almost 60% of the total amount of free amino acids. L-Glutamine is a semi-essential amino acid. This means that in some cases the body’s own production is not sufficient. In this case, L-glutamine must also be fed through the food.
L-glutamine is naturally found in both animal and vegetable protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, dairy products, legumes and cereals. If an increased need for L-glutamine, a supplement can be selected.
This product delivers 3.9 grams of L-glutamine in the free form per teaspoon. Each pack contains 300 grams of powder. The product is hypoallergenic and gluten free.
Manufacturer’s recommended intake: dissolve 1 measuring spoon daily in water, preferably between meals or before bedtime.
