Jalapeno Early produces thick flesh pods that measure 2 to 3 inches long and 1 to 1.5 inches wide early in the season. The plant is between 12 and 18 inches tall. The pods are most often eaten green but used when they ripen to red. Use in fresh salsa and mexican cuisine.
