USA-made 1 AWG heavy duty welding cable (EPDM rubber jacketed ORANGE insulation cover) for use where maximum flexibility and resistance to cuts, tears, abrasion is required. Max volt 600V, -50C to 105C. Resistant to chemicals, oils, and acids and is also weather, ozone and sunlight resistant. Available welding cable sets: cable set with Tweco-type connector and cable set with Dinse-type connector.
Welding Cable Set with Tweco Connector includes: 1-AWG USA-made welding cable at selected length, one 300-amp stick electrode holder with accessory kit and one Tweco-type male cable connector 25-50mm (#4-1/0) with accessories.
Welding Cable Set with Dinse Plug includes: 1-AWG USA-made welding cable at selected length, one 300-amp stick electrode holder with accessory kit and one Dinse-type 35-50mm male cable connector with accessories.
Heavy duty 300-amp stick electrode holder with strong jaw spring; both upper and lower jaws made of copper (brass) with increased operator comfort. Dinse-type twist-lock cable connector (male, #2-1/0, 35-50mm²) with heat and oil resistant covers and accessories; 1/2″ (12.7mm) pin. Tweco-type twist-lock cable connector (male, 5/8″ Tweco-type pin , #4 to 1/0, 25-50mm²) with heat and oil resistant covers and ball-point screw, copper splice cap and sleeve cover screw.
