Organic idine: the wheat germ flour from Achterhof comes in the best organic quality and contains 2800 mg wheat germ flour and 1 mg of natural idine per daily dose.
Rich in protein: the small seedlings contain many valuable nutrients and active ingredients and are the optimal source of fibre and protein.
Supplement particularly rich in idine are ripe cheeses, mushrooms, soybeans, legumes and wheat germ, whereby wheat germs are known to contain the highest proportion of vegetable idine. The idine content in our cells automatically decreases over time. Therefore, we recommend supplementation with age.
