Depending on whether you need heat or need acute cold, you can heat the belt as a heat pad in the microwave or in the oven or cool as a cold pad and cold compress in the refrigerator.
The spelt cushion is approx. 65 x 15 cm and it consists of 7 chambers. On the side, it has long straps for tying. Length per band approx. 55 cm. Practical as a heat belt for the back, but also as a long pillow for the abdominal area.

About spelt: spelt is a grain grain and has a high intrinsic moisture. Spelt grains are light brown, medium grains. When heated, the spelt cushion spreads wonderful grain fragrance. The pillow is not suitable for people who suffer from gluten intolerance. The cushion is not washable.
