Set of 3: This set contains 3 of the original FitnessFire mini frisbees. So you always have a replacement in case you lose one or you don’t want to run back and forth to get the frisbee.
60 metres: The small frisbee can fly over 60 metres with the right technique and a good throw. There are different techniques when throwing the disc, for long distances we recommend the forehand as shown in the pictures, for short distances the backhand known from normal Frisbee sports is also possible.
New trend sports: Known from the USA thanks to zip chip, a new fun sport was created, which is now also very popular in Germany. With our Frisbee you can play alone, but also with any number of friends, which makes the product versatile. Increase the difficulty level and play in a group with 2 or 3 frisbees at the same time.
The right technology: Hold the Frisbee with the index finger in the groove, reach back with your arm and throw the disc with a twist. Make sure that your arm is straight and parallel to the floor. Don’t let yourself be discouraged, learning the right technique takes practice.
