LEMON: Lemon infused honey combines our proprietary soft creamed Black Label honey with real lemon. Like all our Black Label honey, our Lemon infused honey is unpasteurized, always soft and spreadable, and always contains its natural pollens.
100% CANADIAN & SELECTIVELY CHOSEN: Produced locally in Canada, we choose honey for its delicate flavour profile, with a focus towards alfalfa, canola and clover floral sources. Sampling, testing and our 20 plus years of beekeeping experience allow us to deliver an authentic experience you won’t find elsewhere.
USES: Use it as a spread for bread or toast, substitute for icing, combine with yogurt, drizzle over granola, natural sweetener in home cooking and baking, sauces, dip, tea, coffee or honey water sweetener, cold beverage sweetener, glaze on fish or BBQ meats, drizzle on hors doeuvres, or scoop it right out of the jar!

RECYCLABLE: All of our packaging is carefully selected for its environmental impact, even the foam! Our packing foam is made from cornstarch, which makes it both environmentally friendly and very easy to recycle. It is compostable, dissolves in water and burns clean!
