Insert the needle carefully, without pushing too hard or too deep. In this way, the customer avoids damaging the shut-off valve that prevents air from escaping.
First unfold the ball, pull the ball sides in opposite directions from each other. This prevents the customer from having the pump needle punch the hole in one of the ball sides and damage the ball.
